Intelligent AC motor soft starter

Intelligent AC motor soft starter is a new type of motor starting equipment designed and produced using power electronics technology, microprocessor technology, and modern control theory, which has the current international advanced level. This product can effectively limit the starting current of asynchronous motors during start-up, and can be widely used in loads such as fans, water pumps, conveyors, and compressors. ※  Two parking modes to choose from: free parking and soft parking.

※  Online and bypass types can be freely set.

※  Two independent programmable output relays: can easily achieve interlocking control with other devices, and have a delay action function with adjustable delay time.

※  It can display three-phase current values simultaneously, and the current values can be independently calibrated.

※  Large screen LCD human-machine interface, with two display modes in Chinese (Han display) and English, easy to operate.

 ※ Multiple protection monitoring functions, adjustable level of thermal overload protection according to load requirements, and multiple protection functions can be independently selected to be turned on or off.

※ The last 12 fault records can be queried to provide a basis for fault analysis A set of 4-20mA (0-20mA) analog outputs

※  MODBUS RTU communication (RS485), optional. High intelligence control can be achieved by entering parameter settings, operations, and monitoring through the upper computer.

※ Actual power setting: When the power of the soft starter is greater than the actual load power, the rated current of the soft starter can be set according to the actual load to match the actual power of the soft starter with the load, ensuring the accuracy of various parameters such as starting, operation, and protection.
